I can just imagine how busy you have been with the World Cup in South Africa. It was a smashing success! I was lucky enough to enjoy lots of it.

Hello to All of My Friends,
Like Anne, my life has been extremely hectic for the past months. My daughter had twins prematurely; Kaitlyn is thriving...has grown from 3 pounds to almost nine pounds in the last 2 months. Her sister, Nya, remains in intensive care. She is getting better but seems to take one step back for every two steps she takes forward. The twice daily visits to hospital have taken a toll on her parents and on the grandparents (that's me!) who are babysitting the other two grandkids along with Kaitlyn for part of most days.
The result of all this is that I haven't been on the site much of late, but I am really missing you all. I do get a little quilting in some days. And now feel like I need to get more quilting done as this is a really "feel good" activity for me. I visited the gallery and want to congratulate everyone ; there is a lot of wonderful quilt blocks and quilts posted. Great "eye candy" with very few calories for someone who has been indulging in too much chocolate to get through some tough days. So do please keep posting those pics. I promise not to stay away so long,

is almost over perhaps we here in South Africa can get back to normal, 
and hopefully start catching up with our projects. Everything seems to have been left on the back burner this past month. The freezing weather has not helped matters either.
Not seeing much of the sun lately.
I do hope all goes well for her and I love the name... does it have a meaning?
