Beth Totillo, of V-CyberSewers FQ, created the pattern for a "just the right size" purse. She shares it with us here. Make several for gifts (that is, if you can bear to part with them). This bag lends itself to the use of many different kinds of fabric; Beth's sample was made of a Chinese brocade.
To keep the pattern simple and fast to sew, there are no inside pockets. But, you may customize it as you like. Add pockets, embellishment, combine fabrics - the sky is the limit!
Beth is hosting this event, and you may reach her through the IFQ Forum, or by writing to tote@friendshipquilters.com
