Conda Walsh, chapter leader of V - Quilting Sisters FQ, has developed a terrific mystery project just for IFQ! The clues for her placemat mystery will be revealed, one at a time, in the Chat Room on April 1, 2006. The clues are designed so you will have time to complete sewing steps before the next clue is revealed. Just imagine - IFQ members from all around the world sewing and chatting together!
There will be two times this Mystery Project chat event will be offered so that everyone in each time zone can participate. This will take place in the "FOOLISH MYSTERY" chat room.
Registered, logged-in IFQ members may participate in this event. You must be logged into the IFQ website with your email address (in order to download the clues) and you must log in with your username at the chat room. For more information on logging in, click here.
Each hour, a new download password will be announced in the chat room. This will allow you to access the next Mystery Project file. You can get to the download page by clicking on the "Download Clown". There will also be a link on the home page on the days of the chat.
You will need to have all of your supplies ready in advance. The supply list below will yield one placemat: buy more fabric if you would like to make a larger quantity. When you SIGN UP below you will receive an email of this supply list.
